Deutsch Aktiv language Institute - Registration step by step

I. You are already in Germany / You do not need a visa

• Registration via the online form.
• You will receive a mail with all important information for registration and payment.

II. You are not in Germany yet and need a visa

1. Ask the embassy how long it takes to apply for the visa and what documents you need. Watch the deadlines. Good planning saves time and unnecessary stress!

2. You planned everything exactly and know the deadlines and your expected arrival?

Registration via the online form

You will receive all payment information by e-mail. After paying the course fee, you will receive a confirmation of participation. With this confirmation of participation you can apply for a visa.

For I. and II.

A1: After paying the course fee, you are automatically registered for A1.

A2 – C1: You are logged in after reservation for the chosen course.

Which is the right level?

a. You have an official certificate (telc, TestDaF or Goethe) for the previous language level?
After registering, you scan the certificate and send it to us by email or show it in the office.

b. You have taken a course at another school or your course has been a long time ago:
You take part in the placement test. You will receive the date for the placement test by e-mail before the course. We know that everyone wants to learn German quickly, but remember: it does not make sense to take a course if you have not passed the course, or even want to skip a course. It takes time to learn a language. If you do not take your time, then you will have big problems later in the course, because you lack the important basic knowledge, and then you lose even more time.

You have registered, but can not attend the course? Please let us know in advance, so that we can release your course place again. You have received a certificate of attendance, but your visa has been refused? Send us your refusal and you will get your money back. For all unforeseen events (for example, if you are not in time for the start of the course) please let us know. We will then find the best solution. But it is important that you inform us immediately.
